1. Who we are. These Terms govern your use of the Fit 2 Believe website, online booking, store and all training services ("Services") provided by Fit 2 Believe, LLC ("Fit 2 Believe," "we," "us"). By creating an account, booking a session, making a purchase or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to create an account and purchase Services. Participants aged 13–17 may train only with a parent or legal guardian's written consent and signed waiver.
3. Accounts. Keep your login details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
4. Bookings and attendance. Classes and sessions are first-come, first-served and subject to capacity. Please arrive a few minutes early. We may refuse entry to anyone arriving late for safety reasons, or anyone who appears unwell or unfit to participate. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
5. Health and safety. Exercise carries inherent risk. You confirm you are physically able to participate, will tell us about any injury, condition or pregnancy that may affect training, and will stop and let us know if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You must accept our Liability Waiver before your first booking.
6. Payments. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the site. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Class packs expire [6] months after purchase. We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect purchases already made.
7. Store purchases. Merchandise is subject to availability. Orders can be picked up at a class or shipped within the U.S. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen images. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for returns.
8. Conduct. Treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone from a class, or end access to Services without refund, for harassment, unsafe behavior, or damage to property.
9. Photos and content. Site content, logos and images belong to Fit 2 Believe and may not be copied without permission. We will not use your photo in marketing without your consent.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit 2 Believe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
